The Pharmacy Guild of Australia is a national employers’ organisation registered under the federal Fair Work Act 2009, with over 90 years of experience in representing and promoting the value of community pharmacy in the Australian health care system.

Community pharmacies are a vital part of our national health system with the potential to make an even bigger contribution to the health of all Australians.

As a member-based organisation, the Guild wanted to offer innovative and flexible ways to engage with and assist its busy members.

As such, in 2018, Content Grasshopper helped develop a plan to launch the Pharmacy Business and Career Network podcast. The podcast is a fortnightly show designed to help pharmacies grow their business and achieve best practice.

Content Grasshopper liaises with guests, books recording times, conducts/hosts the interviews, edits, and treats the audio. As well as a finished show, social media assets such as videos and quote tiles are produced to help promote the show.

With a fortnightly schedule, the PBCN podcast surpassed 100 episodes in 2022.

Content Grasshopper also hosts the Guild’s PBCN webinars, attends pharmacy conferences – hosting workshops and panels, and is engaged for ad-hoc graphic design work.
